01 · Can children participate? What is the minimum age?
Yes, children can participate from 4 years old as passengers only.
They must comply with mandatory safety measures (approved booster or seat provided by the participant).
Minors are not allowed to drive.
02 · Who can drive the buggy?
To drive a buggy you must:
- Be 25 years or older
- Hold a valid Category B driving licence
- Be an authorised registered driver
If you prefer not to drive, you can join as a co-driver with one of our guides
03 · Can we race or drift with the buggy?
Our routes are not racing activities.
Drifting, overtaking or dangerous manoeuvres are not allowed.
04 · Can I rent a buggy without a guide?
No. All our routes are guided.
05 · I booked but can’t attend, what happens?
Cancellation conditions:
- More than 5 days before: 100% refund
- Between 5 and 2 days: 50% refund
- Less than 2 days: no refund of the deposit
06 · What happens in bad weather?
In case of unsafe weather conditions:
- Date change, or
- Full refund
Once the activity has started, no refunds apply.
07 · Are photos included?
Yes. Photos taken during the route are included and sent later by email.
08 · How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 20 minutes before the activity starts for the safety briefing and contract signing.
09 · Is booking in advance mandatory?
Yes. All routes require prior reservation and confirmation.
10 · How can I book?
You can book:
- Through the website form, or
- By phone or WhatsApp (recommended).
11 · Is driving a buggy difficult?
No. Our buggies are automatic and easy to drive.
12 · What should I wear?
We recommend:
- Comfortable clothes
- Closed shoes
- Warm or waterproof clothing depending on the season
13 · Is insurance included?
Yes. The activity includes insurance according to current regulations.
14 · In which languages is the activity available?
Our tours are available in Spanish and French. Contact us for other languages.
