Rules
To guarantee safety, respect for the environment and the proper development of the experience, the following rules must be respected throughout the activity.
These rules form part of the conditions accepted when booking and signing the contract on the day of the activity.
01 · Driving requirements
To drive our buggies, you must:
- Be 25 years or older
- Hold a valid Category B driving licence
- Be an authorised and registered driver
Only authorised persons may drive the vehicle.
02· Contract signature
Before starting the route, all participants must read, accept and sign the liability contract detailing conditions of use, insurance and excess policies.
03 · Guided activity (no racing)
Our tours are guided experiences, not racing activities. It is not a competition or speed event.
The goal is to enjoy the environment, driving and the group experience safely.
04 · Guide authority
The guide is the main authority during the activity. All decisions related to:
- Pace
- Route
- Safety
- Route changes
Will be made by the guide and must be respected at all times.
05 · Responsible behaviour
As a driver, you are responsible for:
- Proper use of the buggy
- The equipment provided
- Any damage caused by misuse or negligence
Drivers must adapt their driving to:
- Their experience level
- Terrain conditions
- Group conditions
06 · Respectful driving
During the route, especially when passing through villages or sensitive areas:
- Drive slowly
- Respect pedestrians, cyclists and other users
- Protect wildlife and the environment
We are inside a Natural Park and Biosphere Reserve.
07 · Compliance with regulations
Signing the contract implies agreement to follow all applicable laws and traffic regulations in Spain.
Any infringement will be the direct responsibility of the driver.
08 · Strict prohibitions
It is strictly forbidden to:
- Drift with the buggy
- Rev the engine unnecessarily
- Overtake other vehicles
- Change the order of the group
- Leave the route marked by the guide
- Take hands, arms or phones outside the safety cage
- Use the horn for fun
09 · Stay with the group
Falling behind or separating from the group is not allowed.
You must maintain the guide’s pace and keep visual contact with the vehicle ahead at all times.
10 · Safety distance
Maintain a safe distance between vehicles, especially on dirt tracks.
Off-road braking distances are not comparable to those on asphalt.
11 · Alcohol, drugs and medication
Driving or participating under the influence of the following is strictly prohibited:
- Alcohol
- Drugs
- Medication affecting driving ability
- Fatigue
Failure to comply will result in immediate cancellation of the activity.
12 · Seat belts and safety
Seat belts must be worn at all times by both drivers and passengers.
13 · Children and passengers
- Children may participate from 4 years old as passengers only.
- They must comply with safety regulations (booster or seat provided by the participant).
- Minors are not allowed to drive.
14 · Respect for the natural environment
Throwing rubbish during the route is prohibited.
All waste must be kept inside the buggy or disposed of in designated bins.
Respecting the environment is an essential part of the experience.
15 · Breach of rules
Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in:
- Immediate cancellation of the activity
- Removal of the vehicle
- No right to refund
- Liability for damages or losses
